The breakfast restaurant service was good and I enjoyed the complimentary bottled water in the room. The hotel's fitness center was a nice bonus for me. the hotel's location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and a food court nearby. Having a taxi stand at the main entrance made it easy for me to get around the city.

The pillows in the room were not to my liking and I found them annoying. the room was larger than I needed, which wasn't a big issue but I would have preferred a more cozy space.

We loved staying at this hotel as it was situated just in front of the shopping mall, offering tons of good food options. Apart from that, the hotel facilities were great withvery comfy and tidy rooms and excellent amenities. Though we didn't have a car, we observed that the parking facilities were quite adequate. the location of this hotel was away from the main tourist strip, but it was still very close to the local eateries which were much better with more selection.

The location of Mercure is great for exploring the area. We had an issue with our deposit but the staff immediately resolved it and were helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and had great amenities.

The hotel offers a clean and comfortable room with a good WiFi signal. The baby cot provided is also comfortable. The swimming pool is a hit with the kids and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, and the hotel is kid-friendly. Public transportation is easily accessible with a bus stop right outside the hotel.

This venue is located in a quiet area within walking distance of the coast, making it perfect for those seeking a relaxing getaway. The staff here, from the concierge to the porter, are extremely friendly and helpful. They offer a range of amenities, including a leisure swimming pool and a fitness centre, making for a comfortable stay. The in-room amenities, like the mini-bar and air conditioning, are of great quality. And the hotel also offers a free shuttle service and free airport shuttle, making transportation around here very easy.

After arriving early in the morning, we asked to change our buffet breakfast to a day later, but unfortunately, this was not possible. However, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast spread is good, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel offers transfers to and from the airport, adding convenience for guests.

The noise levels from the corridors can sometimes be disruptive, especially when trying to rest after a long journey.
